From symptom to cause

We listen to your description, read fault codes and examine associated stored data. A code is the starting point for investigation, not a reason by itself to replace a part.

Measurements guide the diagnosis

We compare measurements with symptoms and check sensors, wiring, controls and mechanical operation as needed. Functional tests and road tests are used where appropriate.

You know the next steps

We explain the findings and proposed next steps. Repairs are agreed separately; diagnosis does not authorise additional work without agreement.
