We check service needs and agree the work. This may include oil and filter changes and checks required by the schedule.

Updating service history

We record servicing in the BMW or MINI service database and in the vehicle's digital service book, where available, or its paper service book.

Making the service scope clear

Provide the registration number, mileage and displayed service requirements so we can assess the scope before arranging an appointment.
