What information do we collect and why?

We process the contact and vehicle details, message, preferred time and attachments you submit to respond to your servicing, repair or estimate request. Do not send identity numbers, payment card details or unnecessary sensitive information.

Processing is based on pre-contractual steps at your request and delivery of the agreed service. Processing a business contact person's details and preventing misuse are based on our legitimate interest in handling customer enquiries and protecting the service. This form does not subscribe you to marketing. Appointments are always confirmed separately.

Storage and recipients

Requests are stored in the site's database. Attachments are stored separately and can be downloaded only by a signed-in administrator. Requests are handled by authorised staff.

The website hosting provider is Zoner. Email notifications are relayed through Brevo to the workshop and the email in your request. Attachments are not sent by email.

Retention and deletion

Requests marked closed or cancelled and their attachments are automatically deleted 90 days after the last change. Open requests remain during processing and are reviewed regularly. Email, backups, separate work orders and invoices have separate retention arrangements.

Processing by service providers may involve transfers outside the EEA. Contact us at the address above for information about the transfer mechanisms and safeguards used.

Your rights

You may request access, correction or deletion of your data and, where applicable, restriction of processing and data portability. Email your request to the address above. Identity verification may be required. You may complain to the Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman at tietosuoja.fi.

We normally respond to requests concerning your rights within one month. Where processing is based on legitimate interests, you can object on grounds relating to your situation. We do not make automated decisions based on an online request that have legal or similarly significant effects.

Cookies and local storage

Opening your request requires email verification. The code is single-use and valid for 10 minutes. A verified session uses a cookie for up to 15 minutes. IP-derived identifiers limit abuse: 10 minutes for the form and 15 minutes for request access. WordPress sign-in uses separate login cookies.

The form draft stays in the current tab's session storage for up to 24 hours. You can clear it in the form. Successful submission removes the draft. Attachments are not saved in the draft.

Your cookie choice is stored in your browser's local storage under btv2_consent for 180 days. No choice is stored until you make one. The record contains your choice, timestamp, settings version and a random receipt ID. A corresponding receipt is stored on the server for 180 days: choice, timestamp, language, information presented and consent status. It contains no name, email address, form content or IP address.

Google Analytics and advertising tags are not enabled on this site.

Change cookie choice. Consent can be withdrawn as easily as it is given. The website and contact form work without analytics consent.

Links to other services

WhatsApp and directions links open a separate service only when you use them. Those services have their own privacy policies. This site does not automatically load embedded maps or social media.
