Engine oil deteriorates with use. Short journeys and cold starts may call for more frequent servicing. Using the correct oil and changing the oil and filter in good time help protect the engine against wear.
The right interval depends on the car, how it is driven and the time elapsed. If you have driven around 10,000 km since the last change or the service history is unclear, ask us for advice. Follow your car’s maintenance instructions.
The registration number or car model, mileage and service history help us assess the work. You can attach a photo of the car’s service message.
Send only information needed for the service. Crop out personal identity numbers, payment details and other people’s personal information from photos. We agree on the scope and price before starting work.
Tell us when the symptom occurs: cold or warm, on starting or while driving. Copy the warning message as it appears on the display.
A fault code is a starting point for diagnosis; it does not identify a part to replace on its own. Diagnosis helps establish the cause before we agree on a repair.
