Practical tips for BMW and MINI drivers.
10,000 km since your last oil change?
Engine oil deteriorates with use. Short journeys and cold starts may call for more frequent servicing. Using the correct oil and changing the oil and filter in good time help protect the engine against wear.
The right interval depends on the car, how it is driven and the time elapsed. If you have driven around 10,000 km since the last change or the service history is unclear, ask us for advice. Follow your car’s maintenance instructions.
What information should I send?
The registration number or car model, mileage and service history help us assess the work. You can attach a photo of the car’s service message.
Send only information needed for the service. Crop out personal identity numbers, payment details and other people’s personal information from photos. We agree on the scope and price before starting work.
Describe the symptoms as clearly as possible
Tell us when the symptom occurs: cold or warm, on starting or while driving. Copy the warning message as it appears on the display.
A fault code is a starting point for diagnosis; it does not identify a part to replace on its own. Diagnosis helps establish the cause before we agree on a repair.

Do you service BMW and MINI cars?
Yes. We specialise in BMW and MINI servicing, diagnostics and repairs. Tell us about your car and needs so we can agree on the right service.
Is servicing recorded in BMW or MINI service history?
We record servicing in the BMW or MINI service database and in the vehicle's digital service book, where available, or its paper service book.
How do appointment requests work?
Fill in the form, call or use WhatsApp. You may choose a preferred date and drop-off time. We confirm the appointment and scope of work separately.
Can I ask for an estimate before repairs?
Yes. Select Cost estimate in the form and describe the car, work or symptoms. You can attach photos or a report. Submitting a request is not a work order.
Can I get a courtesy car during servicing?
A courtesy car may be available during servicing — ask us. Black BMW E60 LCI, 35 €/day. Fuel is paid by the customer. Availability is confirmed separately.
What does fault code reading include?
Fault code reading and clearing (62 €) shows stored errors. Investigating the cause through measurements and functional tests is separate work, with the scope agreed in advance.
Do you program and code control units?
Yes. We carry out programming, coding and software updates where suitable for the vehicle and task. Tell us about the car and required change so we can check compatibility.
Do you service R134a and R1234yf systems?
Yes. R134a service is 89 € and includes 500 g of refrigerant. R1234yf service is 95 € and includes 100 g. Additional refrigerant prices are in the price list.
When will I receive a reply?
Den handles service reception. We process requests in order during opening hours (Mon–Fri 8:00–16:00) and respond as soon as possible.
